Chaser Bins

Vennings 15M³ approximately 12 Ton Galvanised Chaser Bins

The standard unit comes complete with a 12" discharge auger, and the hydraulic raise and lower on the auger.  The bin has a cut of door at the base that is hydraulically operated from within the cabin of the tractor.  A simple direct drive to the base of the auger, connected to the tractor by a PTO, and a slip clutch.

 

Vennings 27M³ approximately 22 Ton Galvanised Chaser Bins

The unit is standard with a 15" discharge auger, with a capacity of up to 5 tonne per minute with an optional 18" discharge auger available. The standard drive is setup for a 540 rev drive tractor with an option of 1000 rev drive or hydraulic drive if sufficient oil supply. The cleaning of this unit is simple, just pull the floor bar out from the back and the bin will clean out completely.

All bins fitted with 15" Chain Driven discharge auger capable of discharging approximately 6 ton of wheat per minute. PTO Discharge auger with Hydraulic Sweep allows the discharge auger to be started without the floor auger being operated. Bin can be shifted with partly loaded. Grain Cleaners

Vennings Grain / Seed Cleaner 

The GT Grain cleaner is completely portable on 185/60R 14” wheels. It is versatile and flexible so that you can insert it into about any point of your grain handling and storage system. The chain driven drum will handle up to 400 bags (33 ton of wheat) of grain per hour gently yet thoroughly removing fines, chaff, weed seeds and other foreign material.

Economy Seed & Super Unit

The Economy seed and super units have been designed for the farmer, who wishes to enter the age of bulk handling, without the expense of a standard bin.  The economy units available in 4 different sizes and you have a choice of motor.  You have a choice of the following combinations.

 

Standard Seed & Super Unit

The standard seed and super unit comes in a variety of sizes from 12' to 18' long. A simple design, however proven to work with over 2400 produced in 32 years. With individually opening lids, separately operated augers and totally enclosed compartments the unit is free of any contamination unless operator error.  Ideal for air-seeders and combines alike, the longer top auger and bigger tube make the bin even easier to use. Discharging at a rate of over 350 kilograms of super per minute, filling an air-seeder or combine is a quick and hassle free experience.

Rear Discharge Double Bin Seed & Super Unit 

Like the standard seed and super loader, the rear discharge is designed to eliminate the chance of contamination of seed and super as there are separately operated lids and augers. Both augers are PVC lined and can be run at the same time or individually, depending on your need.

 

Rear Discharge Triple Bin Seed, Super & Urea Unit 

Like the standard seed and super loader, the rear discharge is designed to eliminate the chance of contamination of seed and super as there are separately independently operated lids and augers. All three of the 163mm (6 3/8") augers are PVC lined and can be run simultaneously or individually, depending on your need. Discharging at a rate of over 350 kilograms of super per minute, filling an air-seeder or combine is a quick and hassle free experience.

 

Maxifill Double Bin Seed & Super Unit 

Fast and efficient loader for air-seeders and combines, 40 row wide lines can be filled from one position. Patented folding and swivelling “U” shaped elevating belt. Able to handle all types of seed and fertilizer without cracking and damaging. Seed bin completely self-emptying. Super bin has simple hinged bottom door to allow cleaning and maintenance on cross auger. Two electric actuators operate seed and super doors by a switch at the top of the tabulator. Simple, efficient direct coupled hydraulic motor drives unit fitted with 21 H/P Vanguard Electric Start Motor.

5 & 8 Ton Super Loaders

Ideal for the delivery and discharge of any super or urea.  This unit design has been around for years, and is still very user friendly.  Available in 2 sizes, 5 Tonne and 8 Tonne (single strength capacity). Standard unit comes complete with a 6.5 H/P 6-1 reduction Vanguard engine Optional 5.5 h/p Honda Motor available. The Super loader has a large 1750mm lid to accommodate a front end loader bucket. The bin comes complete with a folding P.V.C. lined auger to reduce build-up of super on the tube.

 

40 & 60 Bag Seed Loaders

Ideal for the delivery and discharge of most grain. This unit design has been around for years, and is still very user friendly. Available in 2 sizes, 40 bags and 60 bags. Standard unit comes complete with a 6.5 H/P Vanguard motor (option of Honda) with oil alert. The Seed loader has a ground operated lid. The bin comes complete with a folding 143mm diameter auger. Both bins are 2440mm (8 feet) in diameter with a 1980mm (6 feet 6 inches) square base. The 40 bag unit is 2000mm (6 feet 7 inches) high and the 60 bag unit it 2380mm (7 feet 10 inches) high.
